APPOINTMENTS
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least two business days’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient in need. We understand that unexpected situations may arise and appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our schedule running smoothly.

- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

INSURANCE & FINANCIAL INFORMATION
At Castle Hills Dental, we are committed to helping you get the most from your dental insurance benefits. Because every insurance plan is unique, we provide coverage estimates in good faith but cannot guarantee exact reimbursement due to policy variations.
Your estimated out‑of‑pocket portion is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, our team will file your dental claims directly with your insurance provider and assist with any follow‑up questions.
